Directing a Film for a Manufacturing Company in Northern New Hampshire
A few months back I was approached by a group of guys who had recently purchased a manufacturing plant in the Northern New Hampshire town of Lancaster. They told me the story of how they created a group of partners who had found success in entrepreneurship already but were looking to leave a legacy in a state they all felt personal love for. They found a plastic bag manufacturing company in Lancaster, NH that had been slowly downsizing their staff over the years. The company at one point had 100 employees but was now down to around 20. After a tour of the facility and introductions to many of the workers, the entrepreneurs realized they had found a gem not only because of the market opportunities but because of the people. Later on they purchased the company, now called Pak Solutions, hired back over 30 people with plans to continue hiring and asked me to tell this story in the form of a video.
