Int'l Motion Art Awards 7 Winner

It is my pleasure with immense gratitude to announce that my short video following the women’s march in Kayonza, Rwanda alongside my good friends at the NGO, Shooting Touch, was selected as an International Motion Art Awards 7 Winner. This means the video will live in the American Photography - American Illustration Archive forever and be screened in New York City this coming November along side the other winners.

American Photography 35 Chosen Winner

I am extremely excited to announce that my portrait of Silivene photographed in Rwanda was chosen as a winner of American Photography 35 and will be included in the American Photography Archive. It has been my mission to continue telling the stories of women in Rwanda using basketball to improve their lives along side Shooting Touch and I am so grateful that this image will live in the American Photography Archive forever.

Photographing the Greatest College Hockey Team on the Planet (biased af)

This weekend I was invited out to my alma mater, the University of Massachusetts, to photograph their hockey team face off against Boston College. In front of a sold out crown and Bucci Mane himself, UMass scored the game winning goal with just 2 seconds left in the third period.

Photographing 13 Athletes in 20 minutes.

I recently got a call from a friend of mine who asked me to come to his kid’s elite hockey team practice and take individual portraits of the entire team. Since its the holiday I said “why not?” but little did I know we would only have 15 minutes to set up and 20 minutes to get in 13 kids. We nailed it and I’m psyched about the images. Ladies and gentlemen…the New England Knights.
